We’re a little late with this one, which is another of the sketches Artie drew after he & Syd were invited to a pop-up restaurant at a warehouse in Ballard last week and then went home and fell asleep watching wildlife documentaries on NatGeo. (See #309, “Pop-Up Restaurants of the Serengeti”). It’s late because Inky typed in the wrong password ten times in a row yesterday and had to spend the afternoon at the Genius Bar. Back when we had an IT Department, this would’ve been an easier fix. C’est la vie. -Ed.

(P.S. - a disclaimer. I’d always assumed the symbiotic relationship between crocodiles and plovers who jump in their mouths to clean their teeth was a real thing, but apparently it’s just a myth. This is the kind of thing that would’ve been debated for 2 full days in the old Committee meetings, including a consult with the Fish & Wilife expert we kept on retainer, & then resulted in the panel getting shelved. But those days are behind us.)
