#226: Batchula Gets a Gum Graft

Artie’s getting ready for the 2nd half of his gum graft surgery. They take a little skin from the roof of your mouth & graft it onto your gum line, so if you need multiple procedures, like Artie does, it takes a minimum of 3 months for the roof of the mouth to heal before you get to do it all over again. It’s either that, or they can take skin from a cadaver, which is nobody’s favorite option. So consider this a public service announcement. Don’t brush too hard. And remember to floss, people. -Ed.
